Here are some details on how to interpret the CSV output file:

•Line 1: Group,Type,Name,Description,GridType
In Report Section Properties-> Style tab:
Row Grid Options    = Group      
Section Style       = Type       
Section Title       = Name       
Section Description = Description
Section Style       = GridType

•Line 3: Name
Name of the report.

•Line 5: Type,TimeGenerated,Computer,Source,EventId,Message
These are the column headings for the data.
